HOW TO STORE MATCHA

Matcha is very sensitive to oxygen, heat and light and will lose colour and flavour quickly if exposed to these elements. If you have your matcha in a pouch (such as our AKARI Organic Matcha and RYO Organic Matcha), we recommend putting the original pouch inside another zip lock bag to minimise air from leaking in. For our YUTAKA Organic Matcha, always keep the aluminium zip pouch inside the glass jar and remember to seal/close both the pouch and jar tightly after each use.
