HOW TO STORE MATCHA POWDER
Matcha is very sensitive to oxygen, heat and light and will lose colour and flavour quickly if exposed to these elements. We recommend putting the original pouch or jar inside another zip lock bag to minimise air from leaking in. Seal/close both the pouch/jar and the second layer of double zip-lock bag tightly after each use.
HOW TO STORE MATCHA CHOCOLATE
If you can't finish our Matcha Chocolate Bar in one go, we recommend storing it in an air-tight container in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight and strong odours. We don't recommend storing the bar in the fridge as the cold temperature can cause the sugar to crystalise, and the cacao butter to absorb unpleasant odours present in the fridge. Matcha can also lose fragrance, colour and taste when exposed to air and light for an extended period of time, so it's recommended to finish enjoying our Matcha Chocolate Bar as soon as you opened it! :)
