SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

LOCAL SHIPPING

Local (Australian) shipping charges are based on weight and starts from $7 within Victoria and from $8 for interstate. We also offer local pickup in Melbourne (see details below). Shipping is free of charge for orders above $80 and is also included in all our matcha subscription plans. If you currently have an active matcha subscription plan, you can choose to ship your one-off order with the next delivery of your matcha subscription for just a small fee (starting from $2).

LOCAL PICKUP (MELBOURNE ONLY):

We offer local pickup via our partner Jacob's Well Coffee in South Yarra. Orders will be available for pickup next business day. Please wait for a confirmation from us before picking up your order and please have your order confirmation with you. Pickup address and hours:

6.30am - 5.00pm weekdays

7.00am - 2.30pm Saturday

(closed on Sunday)

STANDARD SHIPPING:

We offer Standard Shipping via Australia Post. Standard Shipping typically takes between 2-3 business days for Victorian addresses and between 3-5 business days for interstate addresses (excluding processing time). Standard Shipping is free for orders of $80 and above.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

We also offer Express Shipping at an additional cost. Express Shipping typically takes between 1-2 business days for Victorian addresses and between 2-3 business days for interstate addresses (excluding processing time). Express Shipping is offered via Australia Post Express.

"SHIP WITH EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION":

You may choose this shipping option if you have an active matcha subscription plan with us. If this option is chosen, we will ship your order together with your next monthly delivery of your subscription plan. IMPORTANT: please do not choose this option if you do not have an active matcha subscription plan with us - doing so will likely cause delays to your order being processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping charges are based on location and weight and will be shown at check out. International buyers are responsible for any import duties and/or taxes.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

PRODUCT DEFECTS

In the event of major product defects, you are entitled to a full refund including any shipping fees. To request a refund, please email us at: orders@stmatcha.com.au and provide details of the defects (including any photographic evidence, if applicable).

 

CHANGE OF MIND

If for other reasons you would like to return our products (i.e. other than due to product defects), you can do so within 30 days of receiving the items. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage and the items returned must be in their original, unopened and undamaged condition. To return purchased items, please email us at: orders@stmatcha.com.au and we will provide instructions on how to return the products. ​Once we have received the returned products and they meet our return conditions, we will process a full refund (less any original shipping fees) via the payment method that was used to make the purchase.
