LOCAL SHIPPING
Local (Australian) shipping charges are based on weight and starts from $7 within Victoria and from $8 for interstate. Shipping is free of charge for orders above $85 (after any discounts applied).

STANDARD SHIPPING:
We offer Standard Shipping via Australia Post. Standard Shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days for Victorian addresses and between 7-10 business days for interstate addresses (excluding processing time). Standard Shipping is free for orders of $85 and above (after discounts are applied).

EXPRESS SHIPPING:
We also offer Express Shipping at an additional cost. Express Shipping typically takes between 2-3 business days for Victorian addresses and between 4-5 business days for interstate addresses (excluding processing time). Express Shipping is offered via Australia Post Express.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping charges are based on location and weight and will be shown at check out. International buyers are responsible for any import duties and/or taxes.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
PRODUCT DEFECTS

In the event of major product defects, you are entitled to a full refund including any shipping fees. To request a refund, please email us at: orders@stmatcha.com.au and provide details of the defects (including any photographic evidence, if applicable).
CHANGE OF MIND

If for other reasons you would like to return our products (i.e. other than due to product defects), you can do so within 30 days of receiving the items. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage and the items returned must be in their original, unopened and undamaged condition. To return purchased items, please email us at: orders@stmatcha.com.au and we will provide instructions on how to return the products. ​Once we have received the returned products and they meet our return conditions, we will process a full refund (less any original shipping fees) via the payment method that was used to make the purchase.
