HOW DOES MATCHA SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
Our subscription plans come in either 3-month or 6-month period. Under each plan, we will send the products out to you once a month until your plan ends. For example, if you choose a 3-month plan, you will receive your products monthly over a period of 3 months, starting from your purchase date. Your first shipment will be processed and sent out around the purchase date.

WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN AUTO-RENEW?
No, your subscription plan will not auto-renew. You will have to purchase a new plan if you wish to extend your subscription.
CAN I CANCEL MY PLAN BEFORE IT EXPIRES?
Yes you can. However, should you choose to cancel your plan before the last payment is made, you will be charged the total product discount cost (ranging from 10% to 20% of undiscounted price) for the shipments that have already been sent. To cancel the plan, you can fill in the plan cancellation form here or email us at: email@example.com.
CAN I ADD OTHER ONE-TIME PRODUCTS INTO MY PLAN?
You cannot directly add other one-time products to your plan. However, if you are purchasing a matcha subscription plan as well as making one-off order on our online store, you will have the option to ship out your one-off order with the first shipment of your matcha plan. This shipment option usually cost a lot less than normal shipping cost and has a lower limit to qualify for free shipping. You can find more details about our shipping options here.
